LOST MEMBERSHIP CARDS
If you lose your membership card, please report it to Nambucca Heads RSL staff immediately in order to protect your loyalty balance.
We ask our members and visitor to adhere dress regulation as a condition of entry. Patron attire must be clean, neat and tidy. Patrons must also act in an orderly manner. Management has the right to refuse entry to any patron who, in its opinion, is not suitably attired or who is not showing signs of acceptable behaviour.
Nambucca Heads RSL is a community-focused club providing services to all ages. The safety and well-being of children are of utmost importance to the Nambucca Heads RSL. Children are not to be left unattended within the club premises or in a vehicle in the carpark for any amount of time.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Nambucca Heads RSL enforces responsible service of alcohol policies throughout its premises. All our staff are trained and reserved the right to refuse serve to any patron under the legislation.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If your membership application is not approved by the Board of the Nambucca Heads RSL, you will be refunded the fee amount and your personal details information destroyed. Reasons for rejection are confidential.
The Nambucca Heads RSL is subject to the rules and guidelines of the Privacy Act 1998. The personal information provided by you on your membership application is solely used for this purpose. Failure to provide the correct and all requested information may result in your application being rejected. You have a right to access and correct any of your personal information that the club holds about you.
The club will not disclose your personal information to any other organisation unless there is a legal requirement to do so. The club may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to the club. It is a requirement of Nambucca Heads RSL contracts that this information is not forwarded onto other parties. You have the option to sign up to our marketing and newsletter correspondence, this is how we keep you up to date with new promotions and specials if you do not wish to receive this information, please let our staff know.
